Black velvet bustier bodice with a
ruffled color change skirt.
Boned, velvet bodice is strapless with
a small peplum.
Skirt of iridescent taffeta has 2 tiers.
Back zipper.
Fully lined.
Condition: No flaws found. If it had
hang tags I would say it was mint.
Clean and ready for you to wear.
